    If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours beforehand.

    Insurance

    Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for services through self-filing claims. We are out of network for all insurances and federal programs such as Medicare, Tricare, or Medicaid.
